ABOUT THE NAME, "SAIGHEAD"

The name saighead is an old Gaelic word that means arrow.

I have found through my academic, professional, and field experience that much of what I do in appraising requires a broad and open eye that must be able to find the appropriate target for the task at hand.

To direct the current project and to be on target for the task requires dedication, passion, and creativity to see things in ways that others may overlook.

The ultimate goal in rendering the best service to my clients is to remain on target with the current project or contract.

I associate that process with the skill and precision of an archer: striving to gracefully hit the target every time with a pull of the string, releasing an arrow into the heart of the desired target.
