Saighead provides all forms of appraisal report services, including those services that one may need in conjunction with various requirements from the Internal Revenue Service. The president of Saighead, Jamie Coyle, has taken and passed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) test. This is a regulated test, updated annually by individuals performing professional appraisal services. Committed appraisal professionals have the option of embracing these standards for the benefit of their clients and the integrity of the appraisal profession. Saighead, Inc strives to incorportate USPAP in all facets of operation. The USPAP test must be taken and passed every five years in order to meet the requirements set by the IRS for appraisals pertaining to IRS and Estate purposes.

The President and Chief Appraisal Officer, Jamie Coyle, holds the status of Member in the Appraisers Association of America. The AAA is the oldest non-profit organization of its kind to specialize in the field of personal property in America, and has been operating since 1949. The AAA boasts memberships throughout the Continental US, Canada, Europe, Central America, the Middle East, and Asia. The AAA has the highest proportion of members that specialize in the areas of the fine and decorative arts than any other personal property organization in America.
